The EU can't force any country's leadership's direction. Not a single one. Germany can't, France can't. They have no power over other EU member states. You have not proven anything, you're only claiming you have proven something when you haven't.

Germany and france are the heavy weights right now in the eu. If countries that get money from them decide to go against germany and france well then i'm sure their are billions of reasons why not to 😉 (money) that is force through resource

i feel the need to regularly remind people that the eu-army is most likely a way for the german government to indirectly get an actual army(not a defense force) because they know it's damn near impossible to get approval for a german army from the german public.
Either way it's fine by me. Europeans defending themselves rather than hiding behind US military might (then complaining like dogs about it) is entirely preferable.
