If you are a member of a group that catches left hate, I understand that Dusty
They're akin to "political refugees"
I'm the lucky recipient of right hate
No one is pushing the center. They are only pushing members of their own parties
Or ideological refugees I suppose
The right hate me too, but I rather support them instead of the left.
The right hate atheists.
>.>
As a centrist I can tell you I dont care what either political party says about me
"the right"
The right are overwhelmingly religious, they have a aversion to Atheists.
They tend to associate Atheists with the left.
When I am actually center-right.
Just as how most "right" people dont hate atheists, most "left" people support free speech
There's a difference to "aversion to atheists" and "aversion to faggots who act self important because they are atheist"
I am talking about those that speak the loudest.
Both are common rallying points used by the opposing side, but its not the case for more than 25% of each side

. @Blackhawk342 I don't actually believe most of the left does support free speech
If you lean right, you are considered a "Nazi" by the extreme left. It's as simple as that. The problem is these extremists have taken over the Democratic Party, or maybe the Democratic Party is scared of them and not willing to disavow. So, for me, a 'centrist' the left is not an option whatsoever as well, I'm a "Nazi". I can't vote anywhere near that.
I'm not entirely sure the right does either
Thankfully I think the right is becoming more acceptive of Atheists.
I was off the charts conservative apparently
@Dusty Morganwhich goes back to my point about ideological refugees
Again, not saying that they're viable options
Just saying that most supporters dont feel the same way as the loudest voices
right doesnt hate ahteist per say.
but everone hates militant atheist.
My opinions simply boil down to this. Which side overwhelmingly for the constitution.
For me... it is the right.
Which side allows for individuality... that is the right.
I so love national review
@oprahsminge I'd say they do... they're just not aware of the larger conversation that is trying to be made
Thus... I rather be closer to the ring wing politics than the left wing politics.
I don't want my freedoms and rights to be striped away for some socialist utopia that will probably never exist.
It can't exist... humans are too different.
@Hops again. Let's go back 20-30 years and you'll remember the Evangelical wing of the party
And how it became ridiculously powerful
Same Dusty
They weren't terribly "pro free speech"
