Everyone blames wilhelm for Russia allying France cause he didn’t renew the treaty but Let’s be perfectly fair, the monarchs were related and Russia were more ideologically aligned then compared to France, and considering a lot of the bullshit wars Russia was getting into and failing it was not looking good for them.
