@Uksio I'm just trying to follow the logic my friend has. He attributes malice to this move, like trump is going to horde the vaccine and let people die out of the evil of his heart. And I'm wondering how does that logically follow when this is an election year and he probably wants some fucking votes.
I often hear quoted articles about some horrible thing trump did, but I hear about it 2nd hand and no idea how trustworthy or accurate the narrative is
