whats that law in the US if the goverment needs to take Propertys in case of public interest ? like the airport in chicago they take the Apartment complexes down to extend a Runway for the airport since its used by the public . but our goverment wants to do that that taking Farms away is in the public interest and they build nothing in its place nor Subsidise or help new farmers grow or take over its like .
