LOL, no that's from august.

2018-11-04 00:41:36 UTC

I just mason jar

2018-11-04 00:41:37 UTC

I didn't see it until now.

2018-11-04 00:42:02 UTC

It supports several dozen currencies out of the box.

2018-11-04 00:42:10 UTC

@Undead Mockingbird does that work with steemit's currence , minds crypto and dlive's lino currencY ?

2018-11-04 00:42:33 UTC

I am using this other wallet, Meta Mask I think, with Minds.

2018-11-04 00:42:41 UTC

I am just not sure Minds is going to be worth anything.

2018-11-04 00:43:01 UTC

I still don't understand how Minds coins are actually being mined.

2018-11-04 00:43:01 UTC

see thats what turns me off about crypto ^

2018-11-04 00:43:17 UTC

where is the all in one wallet that can house all of that

2018-11-04 00:43:34 UTC

Exodus is pretty close. You might be able to get Minds to work with it.

2018-11-04 00:43:49 UTC

You can just ask people to send you a specific currency.

2018-11-04 00:43:55 UTC

ill try it ... i know i have another crypto wallet

2018-11-04 00:44:22 UTC

I usually ask people to send me BitCoin or something more mainstream.

2018-11-04 00:44:37 UTC

Ethereum is fine, too.

2018-11-04 00:44:59 UTC

Usually it's donations anyway. I am more careful about being paid in crypto.

2018-11-04 00:46:15 UTC

If you make it easy and put a link to your wallet, people are actually pretty giving when it comes to donations. It might just be a dollar here or there, but it adds up. I am more interested in supporting the technology long term, though.

2018-11-04 00:46:39 UTC

I think of it like someone buying me a coffee.

2018-11-04 00:47:17 UTC

I wonder if you can maybe buy Steam games with crypto soon.

2018-11-04 00:47:25 UTC

so i just installed exodus

2018-11-04 00:47:34 UTC

if you are interested about supporting that technology. why choose ethereum?

2018-11-04 00:47:36 UTC

didnt ask me to create a act or anything wtf

2018-11-04 00:48:08 UTC

I don't remember the setup process, but I think it just randomly generates a wallet for you.

2018-11-04 00:48:19 UTC

You pick a password for it next and that's it.

2018-11-04 00:48:52 UTC

didnt ask me to do that ether

2018-11-04 00:50:49 UTC

I don't quite remember, but it didn't take too many steps.

2018-11-04 00:50:58 UTC

Did you skip a wizard or something?

2018-11-04 00:52:42 UTC

@Jasse Yes, I still need to do some reading to better understand all the details and which crypto best aligns with my goals.

2018-11-04 00:53:02 UTC

what do you mean donations?

2018-11-04 00:53:03 UTC

for what?

2018-11-04 00:53:06 UTC

So far, it's just been a matter of convenience.

2018-11-04 00:53:22 UTC

For anything really. Sometimes people just send me crypto for a blog post on Minds.

2018-11-04 00:53:31 UTC

lol wtf

2018-11-04 00:53:39 UTC

Or I write a tutorial on Unity and they send me something.

2018-11-04 00:54:06 UTC

Sometimes i help them with some source code and I got $5 in BitCoin from them the next day.

2018-11-04 00:54:19 UTC

People are really nice sometimes and I even have days when I'm not a complete asshole.

2018-11-04 00:54:36 UTC

lol

2018-11-04 00:55:09 UTC

Maybe it's also cultural on Minds, because the idea of crypto coins is more embedded in the mindset and the platform. People just send each other little tips here and there at times.

2018-11-04 00:55:29 UTC

I've send people small amounts for random things, too.

2018-11-04 00:55:47 UTC
2018-11-04 00:55:51 UTC

Someone had some kind of cancer treatment and I boosted his post for a few Minds coins, even though it was just offchain.
