Why does every entertainment medium seem to have a bunch of shitheads at the top of big companies that go with "safe" ideas because "the last one made so much money and this new idea is a bit risky"
you won't see NV 2 because Obsidian was killed by management and Bethesda has said they would never let other companies touch their shit again

Quests are mostly given by Robots, who survived the fallout.

re: 'safe' ideas, people generally get more and more risk averse as they get older. old people don't have the time necessary to rebuild a fortune if they lose it.
