new here as well, at most I have minor disagreements with tim. Such as when he said that a lowering of males being hired must mean an increase in females hired for it to be considered done in the name of 'diversity' because firing men with no intention of hiring anyone fills the dual role of raising the percent of women and lowering a potentially bloated workforce at the same time (or not being able to hire women due to lack of candidates). Minor stuff basically, mostly semantics
