I am fine with paying for cosmetics in a shop designated for that, but hiding progression in game through loot boxes is really bad taste.
As long as the content is new, from a paying shop, I am okay with that.

That allows them to add more parts to building system over the years.
There will be 5 factions from my understanding.
On top of that, there is a story-line that you can follow... finding the Overseer.
You will come across factions, side-quests, etc, etc...
