Is there a difference between the Resist movement and Antifa in your minds?
wasn't the resist movement started by russia?
they are branches of the same thing, just like bamn
and redneck revolution
@DrYuriMom ANTIFA has always claimed alliance with the anarchists. They trace their growth from them too. All the way back to Weimar Germany in fact. You can go read some ANTIFA websites if you want to confirm.
The signature of ANTIFA is the black block and black block rioters are usually at least sympathetic to ANTIFA (if not ANTIFA themselves).
Is it possible to be against police shootings of black children but not be part of BLM radicals?
the heads of the hydra spitting as they are cut off
So here's the thing about the left: there's not clear distinctions and that's done on purpose.
The reist movement i seen attributed to REVCOM
@DrYuriMom once you begin limiting it like that then no. You either are against police shootings of innocent people or you start going down the hellish road of identity politics
Because I am a Never Trumper and I do believe there is police prejudice that results in avoidable tragedy
You're boiling a complex issue down to a false choice
@DrYuriMom So, like, your average middle class Resistor is probably not ANTIFA. But the line blurs rapidly as you start moving to the more activist groups. Eventually you get down to groups like BAMN or the Campus Antifascist Network that so clearly blur the line there may as well not be.
either you're pro shooting black children or with blm
Here Antifa is synonymous with the communist party. It is its youth wing
@DrYuriMom do you believe that every black person shot is innocent, regardless of video evidence to the contrary?
wasn't it proven that police are less likely to shoot a black suspect?
@DrYuriMom Intersectionality is as much an organizing strategy as a philosophical idea. It provides a framework to blur and remove distinctions between left-leaning groups that would otherwise have friction with each other.
i'd say the prejudice is more shoot first, don't de-escelate and ask questions later
Technically. But if you remove race, there is a problem with police shooting unarmed people, sometimes in cold blood.
There is one video of a cop shooting a black guy who was running away, and was clearly unarmed. The cop was in no danger.
That doesn't make it a systemic problem though
And once killed, the cop moved up and dropped a weapon next to him before calling it in
That's an individual problem
i would argue its somewaht systematic
the process of selecting officers needs improving
Fortunately, the facts disagree with you
I absolutely do not believe everyone shot by police are unarmed
And police work in high stress environments
Well that's easy to prove. Tim's video today for example.
holding perps up as victims though needs to end as well. There needs to be accountability in communities with higher crime
And there is a systemic problem of cops who shouldn't be cops for similar but less violent behavior who just get let go then shuffed off to another town.
It's always in the ugly mixed cases where these things are an issue.
But to see 11yo boys shot while holding toys breaks my heart
Did t watch video. Is Tim defending the Marland ref flag law
no he isn't
Can't watch it yet just responding to comments
they make cops afraid to enforce the laws. And that is what results in the murder rates of st lous or chicago skyrocketing
@LotheronPrime support Tim. Help him beat YouTube's algorithms. Watch his vids.
