The man didn't commit any crimes, he didn't have anything wrong against him. Someone called in and said he was a danger, that got him killed!

We the citizens of this nations should sue the government for violation of our constitutional rights with the "Red Flag" law that was passed. A man has died due to this law.
He wasn't a criminal, he wasn't a murderer, he wasn't being charged with anything. The were seizing his lawfully owned guns without due process and murdered him in the process.
