Also built a garage on the side of my home for my power armor.

With all the needed material in there. Got set up so that I can lock doors and make areas private so my Settlers won't enter.

Barracks, Bar, Dinner, Homes, Garden Plot, Market Plaza, Trader Pitstop, Production Area (Benches,) and finally arena.
