i had some hype settlements that were corrupted so i cant even use the schematics mod to save them

that and some of those mods either dont exist anymore or where combined and it fucks with the og files and models

I am mostly looking for a light mod that can work well with my home.

Plus some NPC action mats that are invisible.

Also built a garage on the side of my home for my power armor.

With all the needed material in there. Got set up so that I can lock doors and make areas private so my Settlers won't enter.

To give my town a lively feel to it. I am living in a mansion and everyone is living in a single floor 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home.

Barracks, Bar, Dinner, Homes, Garden Plot, Market Plaza, Trader Pitstop, Production Area (Benches,) and finally arena.

Oh yeah, forgot about the Hotel.
