we just hired a cuban female in our engineering department because there's "too many white men" according to one of the npcs in the department.... "Hey, we've hired you because of your gentiles, not your brain, congratulations"
I tell you something interesting tho... it might not be all "in the name of diversity" as you think...
this women came to interview as a programmer at my recent place of work and there were many other better qualified people, but they picked her (against my recommendation) because she would accept a much lower wage
