Hard exit out of the EU will damage them badly but it'll fuck us up badly and with the people of Northern Ireland

so either way you get the same policy

because there'll be a hard border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland

I looked into it more this week

They have freedom of movement there currently so anyone in the republic can just walk into the north side easily

Yeah you cant realy avoid hard border or staying in customs union

but if you have a hard exit that won't be possible and it will completely cripple business in those areas

not to mention public backlash

imo though Ireland should be united

but Northern Ireland has that vote not us

They need a majority of 60% to vote to rejoin the Republic and most of them are against it at the moment, though it looks like they'll turn around shortly

as for Gibraltar I feel sorry for those people because they're stranded

Northern IReland also wants to stay so it's very possible we'll see a reunited Ireland in our lifetime
