They have freedom of movement there currently so anyone in the republic can just walk into the north side easily
Yeah you cant realy avoid hard border or staying in customs union
but if you have a hard exit that won't be possible and it will completely cripple business in those areas
not to mention public backlash
imo though Ireland should be united
but Northern Ireland has that vote not us
They need a majority of 60% to vote to rejoin the Republic and most of them are against it at the moment, though it looks like they'll turn around shortly
as for Gibraltar I feel sorry for those people because they're stranded
And also there is risk if ireland reunited Scotts will go mental as well
Yup
they
They're already in talks of breaking away from the UK
just so they can rejoin the EU
Northern IReland also wants to stay so it's very possible we'll see a reunited Ireland in our lifetime
Prety much if you ask me uk screwed itself with whole brexit idea
Lel
Yeah we didn't think much about borders or EU provisions LMAO
^^
Wales voted over 80% for leaving the EU
little did they know their lifeline for farms are within EU provisions provided to Union members
yup
I'm still in favour of leave
Teach our rhinos the way of the Samurai
Yeah the 40% wto tarrif on sheep
atm my position is
1.) Snap Election with a new deal
2.) Hard Exit
3.) May's Deal
4.) Second Refereundum
Pretty bad for wales
in order of preference
wait swap 1 and 2
Well eyes here is my prediction
May stays in power
Her deals fails in parliament
Hard brexit fails in parliament too
Then you end up with second referendum or general election
And referendum is less risky for tories
Second Referendum is hugely unpopular from what it was a year ago
Yeah its shit
at least from YouGov polls
Lol
it was 55-45 for a second referendum
