Hm. Well, I know Dr. Charles Murray, the goy that wrote the most pivotal book on IQ, has said that the most reliable data shows that Sub-Saharan African IQ average hovers around 68-73. Northern Africa is, of course, a little higher at around 78ish.
I know though that they've been doing a lot of studies recently that are promising to be more accurate. They've been holding off publishing some of them because the African IQs are showing up even lower than they previously thought.
