I mean hey, Soviet AA designed decades ago, BTFO'd US fire power, they launched 90 "smart" missiles at Syria, only 3 made it into the country past the outdated AA, not enough people give the Russian's credit on how reliable and rugged a'lot of their stuff is.
Just like how i think the T-72 and T-80 could be very formidable, if crewed by white soldiers, instead of Middle eastern ones, and if they are used in their current modernized form Russia has put them into.
Just like i would bet money a Soviet rifle would stand-up against the elements with decades of use and no maintenance better than most US rifles.
