Tip for gains: a good trick is using whey protein shakes with a mix of vitamins and minerals. I do a triple intake of mutant mass due to my really shitty metabolism and I see results, but don’t be dependent on shakes alone. Be sure after every workout that you eat a protein heavy meal (chicken or lean meat better) with carbs (pasta best). Results guaranteed even for my skinny ass.

(I also add coffee instead of pure water or milk for an extra kick)
