I have as much sympathy for a woman who chooses to stay in a relationship that she later wants to paint as abusive as someone who decides to watch TV while his fire alarm is going off.

There was a court case that basically invalidates prenups deemed unfair to women.

Anyway. There are many instances now when prenups are thrown out.

1)I have seen the dad of my brother and sister not pay a penny for them by doing everything he possibly could to make it look like he was a bum on paper.
He wasnt a bum, he had more then enough money in fact he earned quite a lot.
And the amount being asked was the minimum.
This case took 20 years to reach a final verdict. In which he was found guilty of all these things and had to pay 10 years of alimony to my mother for my sister and brother + interest.
2) My mother refused my dad to see me when i was younger, got to a court case as well.
Now my dad NEVER made an issue out of any payment whatsoever even if he thought some of them were ridiculous.
My mother was forced to allow my dad to see me every 2 weeks.
When i got a bit older i just went every week.
Nowadays i see my dad way more often then i do my mom.
Yes, women are given unfair advantages, because they are treated with kid's gloves, hence being children, while enjoying the rights and privileges of adults.
That has been my point this entire time.
