faced with the mass unemployment and poverty of the Great Depression, the Nazis found it necessary to set up charitable institutions to help Germans in order to maintain popular support, while arguing that this represented "self-help" and not indiscriminate charity or universal social welfare. Thus, Nazi programs such as the Winter Relief of the German People and the broader National Socialist People's Welfare (NSV) were organized as quasi-private institutions, officially relying on private donations from Germans to help others of their race—
Unlike the social welfare institutions of the Weimar Republic and the Christian charities, the NSV distributed assistance on explicitly national grounds. It provided support only to those who were "sound, capable of and willing to work, politically reliable, and willing and able to reproduce."
I like how I've just been sitting here spitting out facts, books and reports and all gravy can do is show a single piece of wiki paper
I did post Goebbels book answering a plethora of questions about their platform. I doubt he read it even though it's basically a pamphlet
So it's lying then, and that's not actually the Nazi platform
It's Wikipedia...
so we present actual facts from books that were written by the people who founded and ran Nazi Germany and the Italian socialist republic, reports by historians and economist's, and the interjection of people who lived there.
But gravy beats all this because he has a wiki picture.
Unbelievable, it makes me sad that some people get so hard-headed in their beliefs, that even in the face of certainty, their mind will not let them be wrong as a defense mechanism.
So it's lying
And that's not actually the Nazi platform Hitler himself announced in 1920
I have read all of the doctrines of fascism by Mussolini, I have read mein Kampf and the rise and fall, and I have read all of the books personally written by Mosley, I have also read books by both of the strasser Brothers.
And you're telling me that this one piece of wiki paper disproves all of that.
@Justin Burger (Major-GA) fucking based
I've literally just been sitting here giving facts on facts on facts, and this man is just going to sit here, stick his fingers in his ears, and go lalalalala
That's the platform that Hitler himself gave at the Hofbräuhaus festival in 1920. I don't understand how a pamphlet by his propaganda minister is supposed to negate all of that when he himself said that is what the platform was.
The German programs are not funded by a redistribution of wealth, they were funded by The partially nationalized industries, and by internal loans.
That's still redistributing wealth
Ho boy
So when you borrow money from a bank you are redistributing the wealth?
*redistributing the debt <:smug:621897343385600000>
How is that the same as the government taking your money and redistributing it to others who never pay it back?
You realize that Germans at that time were taxed less than the US is.
You mean, like taxes?
Taxation is theft!
That doesn't have anything thing to do with what I said
40 something per cent is theft, especially when it's spent on shit
But how was the government taking people's money?
Reasonable taxes spent on important social programs and infrastructure is not
How do you teach an individualist to love his volk? @Justin Burger (Major-GA)
I realised I was wrong when I read Mein Kampf
Unless a person is willing, you can't, the human brain is hardwired to defend someone's perceived notions.
I agree taxes are theft if it is spent on pointless things, but to me it's not the job of the government to provide welfare.
You said yourself they got money from industry
Then whose job is it?
Or do you allow you brothers to die of famine?
Ah yes, because sulfur and hard metals affect my personal life so much if they are state or not.
It's not anyone's job. I don't allow anyone to die. Some people die. I'm not a slave to the State to provide a life for other people. It's up to you to do that yourself. I can voluntarily contribute to charity, but stealing my money to pay for their life is wrong.
How are they stealing people's money?
