Same for starvation

2019-09-29 22:46:19 UTC

Also a good core workout

2019-09-29 22:46:36 UTC

Today actually all I’ve eaten is a cheese stick and a small bad of Doritos

2019-09-29 22:46:39 UTC

Last fast food I ate was a single biscuit and gravy from a local state restaurant “jacks”, 480 calories.

2019-09-29 22:46:50 UTC

It’s because there’s nothing to eat so I’m just not eating

2019-09-29 22:46:54 UTC

My first week alone I lost 10lbs, when I started by recruiter told me to lose 5 a week

2019-09-29 22:46:58 UTC

I had 4 sips of sweet tea today to cool off my caffeine and sugar headache, as I’ve cut cold turkey

2019-09-29 22:47:05 UTC

really when you first start your metabolism just kicks right in

2019-09-29 22:47:12 UTC

After a while it slows down a lot

2019-09-29 22:47:18 UTC

I have fat to burn

2019-09-29 22:47:21 UTC

And I want it gone

2019-09-29 22:47:25 UTC

I still need to lose another ~10 to go into the army and it's really fecken stubborn

2019-09-29 22:47:31 UTC

I've been going up to 10 mile daily hikes

2019-09-29 22:47:36 UTC

And it's not working

2019-09-29 22:47:59 UTC

Kinda annoying because i'm putting on enough muscle to cancel out my fat loss in terms of weight it seems

2019-09-29 22:48:07 UTC

Honestly I heard eating boiled chicken breast and rice or what ever that shits called where it’s in little balls is really good for losing weight

2019-09-29 22:48:23 UTC

I’ve started slow, my driveway is like 1/6th of a mile and I walk 10 laps to the end and back to my front door.

2019-09-29 22:48:37 UTC

Well so the weight is relative. You can pass the weight requirement if it’s muscle

2019-09-29 22:48:49 UTC

I have two ten pound dumbbells, and workout my arms every night. Triceps, biceps, shoulders, etc.

2019-09-29 22:48:57 UTC

Don’t forget legs

2019-09-29 22:49:01 UTC

I get up to at least 120 before my arms exhaust.

2019-09-29 22:49:06 UTC

Please for the love of god don’t forget leg day

2019-09-29 22:49:18 UTC

I haven’t that’s what walking is for.

2019-09-29 22:49:27 UTC

Walking first, arms second.

2019-09-29 22:49:31 UTC

If you’re doing weights you also need to work out of the legs

2019-09-29 22:49:38 UTC

Walking makes skinny toned leg

2019-09-29 22:49:59 UTC

I also do 200 crunches a night, to tighten and workout my stomach.

2019-09-29 22:50:04 UTC

I recently done 400.

2019-09-29 22:50:10 UTC

So I’m working it up.

2019-09-29 22:50:13 UTC

The weight requirement is fecked, Alice

2019-09-29 22:50:15 UTC

It's a tape test

2019-09-29 22:50:23 UTC

Not a body fat percentage

2019-09-29 22:50:25 UTC

which is stupid

2019-09-29 22:51:36 UTC

Can already pass PT requirements

2019-09-29 22:54:06 UTC

I was almost 270, now i am almost 200.

2019-09-29 22:56:07 UTC

I did it through periodic fasting, drinking nothing but water, LOTS of water, cannot stress the absolute volume of it, and i do around 400 pushups a day, that is, 20 every hour, coming out to having done 400 in a day, and long distance walking.

2019-09-29 22:57:05 UTC

Starting into long distance running now.

2019-09-29 22:57:06 UTC

I have the hardest time doing a push-up I don’t know why.

2019-09-29 22:57:18 UTC

So I substituted pushups by doubling the crunches.

2019-09-29 22:57:36 UTC

Heavy guys cant really do pushups, its natural, once you lose alot of weight, it will come easier.

2019-09-29 22:57:44 UTC

I had the same issue.
