So I just read something, not game related. Need to know your opinions

Well I think I'll let that judge my view on Obsidian. So far Fallout was really good, KoTOR eh, NWN2 atrocious. So whichever pile it falls into, I'll label them in my autistic forum posts after every rage quit

A lady keeps leeches as her pets and let them drink her blood. Are leeches, a literal parasite a pet?

I mean

I don't see why not

People own all kinds of weird shit for pets

Any living thing can be a pet.

That depends, what is a pet?

They have absolutely no thought process except to suck on living creatures.

Even snakes who do fucking nothing still don’t want to eat you all the time

Leeches literally only suck

I mean if she considers them "hers" and controls every aspect of their lives, and she also treats them like they are more than they really are or if she has psychological/emotional attachment to them

They probably are pets

But that also means she's batshit insane

Her keeping leeches are pets is like keeping a tape worm

But parasitic behavior where the parasite will force the host to think the relationship is symbiotic when it is not, or create a situation where to survive the parasite has to survive too

I just saw some ones profile picture on Facebook of them holding a live baby hammer head shark

They killed that shark

When a shark is out of water there’s so much pressure inside them there organs gets FUCKED UP and they die

So even when people catch and release, you most likely still killed it

Property tax, and any other forms of taxes on land, is just paying rent to the government.

If someone can take something from you, for not giving them money for not taking it from you, it's not really yours, it's theirs, and they are simply allowing you to stay there.

They can eminent domain your ass anytime they want without a reason.
