I walk a lot but I try to stay away from real cardio
I do consume one subway footlong but my sandwich is just carbs.
I eat whatever fruit I come across on trees
Mostly lillypillys
In the Marine Corps, endurance is much more important than muscle mass.
I'm not looking to run away or chase anyone down

I have done that Justin literally a day ago, walking on my lands sharp rock path nearly barefoot for 20 laps. The road alone is almost a mile.
I have never felt my feet become so sore.
But I did it again today.
I literally don't eat any GMO or cultivated fruit
It's all wild
I take my phone and play a documentary while I walk, it takes my mind off of it, so I can just keep going
I listen to music to pump up my motivation.
Music is great
And I always hammer home my reasoning mentally inside me, that it’s for a better healthier future which only fuels the motivation engine.
One day, it’ll just be me on this land and I intend to see myself in proper shape.
Whenever I work out I listen to heilung, danheim, and uratsakidogi
I have some combat knife and in the butt of the knife, there’s a cork. In the secret compartment is a small aid kit and the cork has a small compass.
It’ll be useful in a dire situation.
I have no idea where I purchased it tho.
In fact I forgot it’s existence until I was lurking through my closest to get my cloak/cape.
I found it in its box.
All my knives are full tang so they couldn't accommodate that
I have so much junk due to high big brain fueled by desperate materialism to horde knowledge and consume the book pages like a starved animal.
Chances are my lust for knowledge has become a financial burden.
