You get no sign on bonus unlike all other branches, you get only the same benefits as the army, you have the worst living conditions, you have to do more and harder PT, and if a war kicks off, you are most likely to die, but it's one of those things, like the Faustian spirit, it feels like I will regret it if I don't, like I need to push my self harder, for all my other shortcomings in life.
