Size 38 pants is able to fit me now, but I cannot button it up properly. I have a size 38 C.S. Officers pants with the yellow stripes.
I’ll fit in it soon enough.
The Officer pants can double as a cavalry pants.

They hand make the Civil War uniforms, from shoes to hats.
The uniform I’m in was handmade in Gettysburg.
