Oh, i agree, but the south would of been fucked with immediate release of slaves with no mechanization, the South only made up like a quarter of the US, but paid 70%+ of all it's taxes, that was one grievence.

My main grievence was all the bullshit they pulled against my people, the union went across the countryside even when they knew they were going to win, killing every farm animal they could find, clear cutting entire orchards and forests, burning farmland, and setting fire to cities.

The Union lost twice as many soldiers, but we had such a small population to begin with, losing half the numbers, and alot of the rest being seriously wounded put us at a big loss.

The North had New York, Chicago, DC, etc.
