People who commit the crimes shown in the video I agree should be given a better chance rather than going to prison

Yeah, jail should be reserved for dangerous offenders such as rapists or murderers because in those cases they can remain a danger to the public if left alone. When it comes to crimes like buying a prostitute, I agree with this judge and his style

I think that the type of murder is necessary to consider

Because there is a huge motive distinction between killing someone out of rage when they are caught doing something I dont remember what type of degree that is but i know it's the passion defense and 1st degree murder

But if prison really was just for those who did the extrem then wonderful but I think those people shouldn't be denied a chance at rehabilitation

What upsets me is when you have 40 violent criminals and they are all put through a rehabilitation program and 39 come out changed and improve themselves and the 1 comes out and used it to get out early and commits again and the instinct is to then say "We need to shut this down look at what we allowed to get by us and what we allowed to happen!"
