There are 3 part time employees (mothers) in my department.... and frankly they piss me off, they don't work very hard or aren't quick enough to make deadlines, bc there's always ppl like myself, full-timers, that will pick up the slack, "bc they're mothers" "lifes more stressful for them" etc...
