so james field from charlottesville was found guilty of first degree murder.. a charge that requires planning and forethought

obvious it was a show trial, because first degree murder would require them to prove intent AND planning to harm that specific person beforehand to the jury

because to get that charge he would have had to plan to run down and kill her in advance, something impossible

im gonna bet they'll use the fact he went there to protest as the "planning malice" part

it was proven also (as in they plead guilty) that he was fleeing from a antifa professor who had a ar15 (redneck revolt)

dwyane dixon was the guy who plead guilty to chasing james field while brandishing a firearm

they were allowed to walk around the charlottesville rally brandishing firearms openly ffs, and their only punishment was to be made to say sorry and promise to not do that again
