I know its been a few days but you really might want to look into setting up a wordpress site with paypal buttons for support. It shouldn't be to hard for a WordPress guy to write in something using the paypal api to track monthly payment to keep users in good standing still getting their payed access.

PoliticsHome reported last month that the Birmingham Yardley MP had been nominated by Labour to take a seat on the committee, with the appointment even appearing on the House of Commons order paper on 19 November.
Kevin Barron, who stepped down as chair of the commitee this year, was said to have raised the issue with Labourâs chief whip Nick Brown at the partyâs weekly meeting of MPs on Tuesday night, which Corbyn also attended.
