I am frankly pissed gentlemen. Got a message from my landlord about people quit smoking disco spinach in the apartment. But I know that the guy next door,employed by her husbands company,does,as well as people that work for them. Not to mention,that during my time here,my showers been broken for 2 years,and my apartments been flooded 7-8 times from shitty plumbing

Look into landlord laws. There is something about landlords are not to collect on rent for failure to keep property up to standard
