now I'm stuck around 310-315 and trying to lower it down

But I'm working at it. When it was warm I got back into biking, and I swim when I can. School gives me a free pass to the pool/gym near the campus.

I've switched to a keto-light diet
and its done the most good
down like 30 since july
and thats with bascailly same lifestyle ( bit of exercise, but not enough)

and the two best nearby resturaunts by college are a poutinery and a grilled cheese/melt establishment

I have a classamte who's aobut 40 who has one every day
and his backpack side pockets always have at least one more ready to go
every morning
I just cut back because I want to sleep normally
