@LotheronPrime I'm trying to lose weight myself and man is it frustrating
I was comfortably around 250-260 with the worst issues being self-image and foot pain if I was up for upwards of five or six hours, but I had a surgery myself the summer before college and the bandages and the slow healing prevented me from swimming and/or biking like I always used to

getting old does not help
and then I entered college and was busy 24/7 with fast food everywhere around me
and a job to pay for the food

I got down to 250 once

now I'm stuck around 310-315 and trying to lower it down
because my knees are always in pain and everything sucks (:
yeah luckily I don't have the pain
But I'm working at it. When it was warm I got back into biking, and I swim when I can. School gives me a free pass to the pool/gym near the campus.

and that was the wake-up call to do something drastic
hence the surgery
I've switched to a keto-light diet
and its done the most good
down like 30 since july
and thats with bascailly same lifestyle ( bit of exercise, but not enough)
I'm trying to break the carb addiction, lmao
hard when bagels and egg and cheese sandwiches are your favourite breakfasts
and the two best nearby resturaunts by college are a poutinery and a grilled cheese/melt establishment

I stopped having energy drinks, that cut a lot of sugar out
they're the best
and the only way its working for me

I have coffee daily but I'm trying to not have as many energy drinks
