you're worse than southern baptists, damn

2019-01-02 18:28:37 UTC

You guys seem to have spent a lot of time wasted on this issue. Has it dramatically altered your way of living?

2019-01-02 18:28:41 UTC

Thing is: If the Koran would be taught by David Wood, I'd be for Islamic classes.

I'm actually gonna go find that verse real quick

2019-01-02 18:28:58 UTC

maybe the didnt want it at that time xD just werent longing for it cus there is so much to chose from @πŸ₯žπŸ₯žπŸ₯žπŸ₯žπŸ₯žπŸ₯ž

2019-01-02 18:29:50 UTC

@LittleGiantJ sorry about feeding the fire, didn't mean to put a target on you XD

2019-01-02 18:31:36 UTC

@GoldenPhoenix you didn’t put a light on him. And you’re still wrong about translation and interpretation. Who cares about someone’s personal experience? That doesn’t automatically make the person correct.

2019-01-02 18:31:39 UTC

all we need is Max Kolbe in here

2019-01-02 18:31:43 UTC

I welcome the debate.

Their "interpretation" of the fossil record is that it was Noah's Flood...except geological records don't support a world-wide flood ever occurring in the time period when Noah would have been alive.

2019-01-02 18:32:14 UTC

@LittleGiantJ What about the known world

Found it y'all

2019-01-02 18:32:20 UTC

It also ignores fossils being found specifically in certain regions.

2019-01-02 18:32:23 UTC

@LittleGiantJ yes. It’s just the fossil record. It isn’t all of science like you keep asserting.

2019-01-02 18:32:46 UTC

Lets just assume that they exagerated " a bit" (more).

2019-01-02 18:32:54 UTC

and that i was in the "known world".

2019-01-02 18:32:56 UTC

I just explained why they're wrong about the fossil record.

2019-01-02 18:33:00 UTC

except carbon dating also debunks YE no?

WTF my battery life just went up and it's been going doen this whole time

2019-01-02 18:33:09 UTC

yes, @Grenade123 it does

2019-01-02 18:33:14 UTC

And their interpretation about it.

2019-01-02 18:33:39 UTC

@LittleGiantJ I agree that they deny the fossil record. Still isn’t all of science.

2019-01-02 18:33:41 UTC

It's more than just "they disagree"; it's "they don't want to hear it because it flies in the face of their faith"

2019-01-02 18:33:46 UTC

also speed of light and measuring against known entities in the milky way too?

2019-01-02 18:34:03 UTC

@LittleGiantJ ok. That still isn’t all of science.

2019-01-02 18:34:14 UTC

@Grenade123 I don't know about that one

2019-01-02 18:34:24 UTC

thats some strong building blocks you are taking swings at

2019-01-02 18:34:44 UTC

the creation story says "the heavens" but it doesn't specify, they only care about the earth

2019-01-02 18:35:01 UTC

pretty sure fossil records being thrown out takes a pretty large swing out of some fundamentals of biology

2019-01-02 18:35:02 UTC

Puh-lease...go to a Creation-science museum; and tell me how scientifically educated they sound...

2019-01-02 18:35:03 UTC

I'm not saying it doesn't disprove it, I'm just saying idk because I'm not a YE person

TFW you ate all the chocalate and just have candy canes left and don't want them stuck in your teeth but you also got a sweet tooth calling to you

2019-01-02 18:35:40 UTC

OOF

2019-01-02 18:35:51 UTC

Then don't crunch them, suck them

But the crunch is irresistable

2019-01-02 18:36:06 UTC

Suck like them a fresh dildo

2019-01-02 18:36:26 UTC

Hearing a sermon from one of those "scientists" was one of the last nails in the coffin for my faith

2019-01-02 18:36:48 UTC

@GoldenPhoenix Young earth creationists mostly deny the fossil record. That’s pretty much it. Beyond that there isn’t much of an issue. I debate with young earth creationists because I disagree with them.

2019-01-02 18:36:49 UTC

I hate the "sermon scientists" omg

2019-01-02 18:36:53 UTC

Now that is what you'll think of the next time you eat a candy cane ;p
