apple hardware (at least for their laptops) was always shit tier build quality anyway. For example the macbook that had a single sheet of metal, with 2 glued together halves holding the hinge together and... they also had the cpu heat sinks vent there which softened the glue and made it so damn easy to break the hinges off.. which was not covered under warrenty, lol
