the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the Vice- President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President--The person having the greatest number of votes as Vice-President, shall be the Vice-President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed, and if no person have a majority, then from the two highest numbers on the list, the Senate shall choose the Vice-President; a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice. But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States. )

What's with the copy pasta?

2019-01-04 20:05:06 UTC

Does anyone have some parmesan for that?

2019-01-04 20:05:07 UTC

I am posting the amendments.

2019-01-04 20:05:09 UTC

Read them well.

2019-01-04 20:05:12 UTC

That I can see.

2019-01-04 20:05:21 UTC

Would you like me to post the Linux Kernel source?

2019-01-04 20:05:27 UTC

Now look at the new green deal and their current new one too.

2019-01-04 20:05:54 UTC

Ask yourself, does those actions violate those amendments?

2019-01-04 20:06:06 UTC

No doubt about that.

2019-01-04 20:06:07 UTC

Fuck

2019-01-04 20:06:14 UTC

i haven't read the green new deal

2019-01-04 20:06:20 UTC

I now have to watch my brother

2019-01-04 20:06:37 UTC

why? is he a socialist?

2019-01-04 20:06:40 UTC

Im sure it will be just as bad as the new gun ban

2019-01-04 20:06:48 UTC

Oh yeah.

2019-01-04 20:06:53 UTC

They are also violating this one.

2019-01-04 20:07:08 UTC

Fifteenth Amendment (Section. 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.

Section. 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.)

2019-01-04 20:07:29 UTC

Many states will have their votes denied by taking away the electoral college.

2019-01-04 20:07:40 UTC

no they wont

2019-01-04 20:07:45 UTC

Simply because New York and California will win every single election.

2019-01-04 20:07:52 UTC

They are making the other states votes worthless.

2019-01-04 20:08:00 UTC

they'll just lose the effective power behind their votes

2019-01-04 20:08:16 UTC

Effectively the flyover states will become after thoughts

2019-01-04 20:08:25 UTC

as they already are

2019-01-04 20:08:28 UTC

Also 19th Amendment. (The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.)

2019-01-04 20:08:35 UTC

What does abridged mean?

2019-01-04 20:08:38 UTC

Better make more kids. What do you have cousins for?

2019-01-04 20:08:48 UTC

shorten (a book, movie, speech, or other text) without losing the sense.
"the cassettes have been abridged from the original stories"
synonyms: shorten, cut, cut short, cut down, curtail, truncate, trim, crop, clip, pare down, prune; More
2.
LAW
curtail (rights or privileges).
"even the right to free speech can be abridged"

2019-01-04 20:08:49 UTC

shortened or condensed morgan

2019-01-04 20:08:52 UTC

That is what Abridged means.

2019-01-04 20:09:19 UTC

you still get the right to vote

2019-01-04 20:09:33 UTC

You get the right to vote left.

2019-01-04 20:09:35 UTC

yea this angle doesnt mean much morgan

2019-01-04 20:09:39 UTC

Democrats in the house are violating the constitution with their actions.

2019-01-04 20:09:43 UTC

discard it and figure out a new attack angle

2019-01-04 20:09:52 UTC

they are not violating anything

2019-01-04 20:10:27 UTC

the consitution is not an unchangable doctrine,

the constitution is only upheld cuz we agree to follow it

2019-01-04 20:10:36 UTC

if the people vote parts of it away, its just a piece of paper

2019-01-04 20:10:40 UTC

We should talk about that. There are often laws that end up being struck down. They are passed when they shouldn't. Canada has recently passed a law that requires defendants to disclose their exhibits before the trial.

2019-01-04 20:10:52 UTC

what
