The point of a public face isn't to get someone who understands the group best, but rather to get those outside the group to get a general idea of the groups goals.

also (at least what I see) it seems that putting women up front makes the men behind it feel that the entire world isn't against them. That they have some support from women at least

@NativeInterface If I had to define the male condition I'd say endless existential warfare against the environment and a ruthlessly efficient society that will crush you when you no longer provide utility

A man growing up is disliked by everyone and seemingly everything, has to fight against the odds for things women are simply handed by virtue of owning vaginas and then has to defend those things from everyone, even the people he loves

I think we need more over compassing nationalism if we want diverse societies to survive
