I get that most people here won't understand, and they haven't seen what it can do to people. knowing people who went through it first hand really helped change my opinion back a while ago. I've seen it break people. I've seen friends become shells of their former selves.
I had this friend named Katie. Katie struggled with gender issues, but tried tk just talk it out instead of transitioning. I saw Katie deteriorate before my fucking eyes, until Katie didn't come to class one day.
