@Rouqen id assume its becouse you would claim pedophiles actualy have sex with children. They do not for the most part and most people who do have sex with children (for statiscial purposes defined as 13 and under though technicly speaking a child is prepubescent which can be over as early as 8 in rare cases) are not pedophile

German courts are a lot more sensible about this. Its illegal to pay an under18 year old for sex if you are over21. Though if she tells you shes 18 and she isnt thats not your problem.
