@Dusty Morgan I looked it up recently. I wanted to know, "How do they know 40% of illegals are visa overstays?" I found the number came from a 1997 report to Congress from the State Dept while requesting money for a new entry/exit system. The # was obviously inflated and inaccurate since by their own admission they had no way of knowing how many overstays they had.

What is funny... United States is the most generous nation when it comes to Illegal Immigration. All the nations in the world is a bunch of hypocrites.
