2019-02-14 02:59:30 UTC

I am no teacher or anything, but I would like to experiment and get some funding for this school idea.

2019-02-14 02:59:45 UTC

Once it gets started, I want the hire some few teachers and try this school out where I live.

2019-02-14 03:00:18 UTC

See if it works well. I would send reports to the government each month, detailing how well this school goes as a experiment.

2019-02-14 03:02:22 UTC

make u have some time dedication to the workplace

2019-02-14 03:02:31 UTC

good interpersonal skills

2019-02-14 03:02:55 UTC

If it ends up being a good setup for school and out performs the other public schools... they might implant it.

2019-02-14 03:02:59 UTC

Results speak more than words.

2019-02-14 03:03:07 UTC

That is why I want to create a experimental school.

2019-02-14 03:03:47 UTC

Maybe sign contracts with business, they put funding into a class. The students get hands-on training as a intern.

2019-02-14 03:04:02 UTC

By end of the school year, they have a job lined up.

2019-02-14 03:04:13 UTC

This can extend into college years.

2019-02-14 03:04:57 UTC

These extra classes could in sense, be optional for students. If they want a career path, they could take these classes.

2019-02-14 03:05:07 UTC

They be like extra couple of years of courses to help them get ready for real life.

2019-02-14 03:05:27 UTC

It would definitely put them vastly ahead of regular public schools + Colleges.

2019-02-14 03:05:33 UTC

Tru

2019-02-14 03:05:33 UTC

Because public schools don't offer training before college.

2019-02-14 03:06:02 UTC

If the business that sponsor the class, it would allow them to help these students grow into employees they want.

2019-02-14 03:06:07 UTC

So it is kind of a win/win situation.

2019-02-14 03:06:12 UTC

"You probably have no idea what that is."

Okay, Tim, you can stop talking down to us.

2019-02-14 03:06:18 UTC

You know your demographic, we know who Gogeta is.

2019-02-14 03:06:24 UTC

Since they are optional classes, they could easily be just funded by the corporations and business that want more employees.

2019-02-14 03:06:31 UTC

u should make sure if they go tosecondary schools they should hae

2019-02-14 03:06:38 UTC

have the right education

2019-02-14 03:06:44 UTC

asides from hands on stuff

2019-02-14 03:06:58 UTC

I think hands on education is the best way to teach.

2019-02-14 03:07:07 UTC

By giving them experience they need to understand their chosen profession.

2019-02-14 03:07:44 UTC

just saying tho

2019-02-14 03:08:00 UTC

since they have requirements that differ from urs

2019-02-14 03:08:39 UTC

That is why classrooms will only hold certain number of students and the teaching methods would be tailored to the students.

2019-02-14 03:08:44 UTC

I would assign two teachers per classroom.

2019-02-14 03:08:57 UTC

They would be in sense to guide students and teach.

2019-02-14 03:09:34 UTC

Also all grades above 6th grade will be within the same building.

2019-02-14 03:09:51 UTC

Add two extra years for schooling for those optional classes.
