Grade is determine how much of the subject that they are teaching is learned dedicated to that class. No single test determines if they move forward or not.

You are trying to tell me that universal standardize tests is the only way to determine if a student should pass a grade. A single fucking test that tests them on their overall knowledge they learned through the year, putting massive pressure on them in most cases they fail even though they do know the subject.

So, you have 2 questions really. 1 input, what are they meant to learn, 2 output, what did they learn.
