nah intermittent fasting is a thing now apparently
eat normal 5 days a week

so 2 days a week without food, or say 500 cals those days does slowly drop it off

@Crawfoot so you set a time when to eat. I do 8 to 16 for 8 hours you eat what you want and for 16 hours you fast
