My samsung is way faster than any iphone

my mum has had her iphone 5c since release and she's also not noticed her phone getting any slower

Kinda unknown kinda known thing. The UK has a 6yr automatic warranty on new electronic products. If they malfunction in a way that isn't you being a dribbler you can get them replaced

My 4s needed 2 screen replacements. the first one was done by an apple shop, cost like £80 and the screen they put in had a fault. I don't like apple.
