if that will happend at the future
chances are we are connected to vr anyway
Detroit scares me in real life.
It's the line people draw and your perspective on it's definition
@TwinVickers what are those chances tho
this isnt the matrix @TwinVickers
musk calculated it
?
You also have to bring into scope how military AI is already being used and has been used on the public for decades
Nigga what
@Red Pulsating Rod its not something we can prove or disprove so yeaaah
That's what I mean
if we could make it then the chances we're in a simulation are also pretty damn high
I asked for the chances telling me musk calculated it
not that we can rn
yeah and google
i generally use the them "AI" for pieces of code used to mimic traits of living things/robots
so .. do that
X
I cant prove or disprove that I am realy god and you are all my creations.
i ment the whole revolution thing
AI is interesting and all but gimme some of that there A-Life
The way to destroy skynet it to go on the darkweb and download lots of porn.
@Ruger you mean like how there is a DARPA project that mimics the actions of online personalities? e.g. "synthetic" humans
yes
Originally the Wazowski brothers planned to have the machines using human brains for their processing ability but the directors thought people wouldn't understand that so they rewrote it to be living batteries which wouldn't work biochemically
or how google developed one to mimic speech
yea
im a creation of my dads semen and my moms vagina @The Last MethBender thats where it ends god isnt a thing
that's exactly the same as one designed to mimic the efforts of thousands of people in less than nano second moments
Remember that japanese AI that learnt how to interact based off of peoples tweets and it became suicidal.
what
e.g. the post office using AI to sort codes prior to workers handling mail
Personally I argue AI to be a program that comes to a solution based on the imputs and the ability to better itself through repeated exposure and tests
or how bank systems mimic exactly the same actions as a cashier
Yea
and racist af
thats where you start to move out of the sort of nebulous term of "AI"
