even stem, really. If you look at chinese 16-18 level courses they're all above the standard of entry level university courses in the UK

what I mean torch, is that those grades wouldn't be worth the same level of achievement overseas

Didn’t get my maths though and still struggle with numbers because dyspraxia

I see people get hired from here and from abroad, and although technically their qualifications are meant to be the same level, the foreign hires are *way* better.

@TBORIOT , It isn't just that standards are lower, but:
The UK's educational system is failing people in what is being taught,
Classrooms (especially in my school) were awful and punishments were not good enough,
Parent mentality to a lot of education is 'it is your job to discipline them' instead of enforcing good behaviour with their children

I was fucking brilliant in English though

my friend went abroad to study veterinary medicine because it was easier with lower requirements lul
