The thing is that when sugar gets digested the molecules of glycosis gets broken apart, when they get combined with some acid I forgot the name they become saturated grase which's very very bad

while normal graze is digested and then can be used to build hormones or be stocked as graze (which's bad)

so glycosis itself is energy but when you consume too much you body for storage compacts it in the form of saturated graze

this causes hearth diseases, cancer and inflamations for example

so yeah, sugar's cancer food

well cancer is caused by disruption of a cell's division

there's a certain sequence, in which if skipped, the cell will endlessly divide

Let's be less specific, cancer is caused by a bad mutation, an error in cell division, such errors can be caused by a lot of stuff

you can't really avoid sugar so you're basically saying most foods are cancer food

the definition of cancer is far too broad and you do have cancer, not on the way you imagine (like, been forced to stay on a hospital bed for the rest of your shrinking life)

Sugar isn't cancer food, although it is definitly a lot less healthy than lipids and protiens and normal carbohydrates (not fructose or sucrose)

Well most cancers feed of sugar. That doesnt mean sugar causes cancer though, however table sugar is refined and highly inflammatory so probably does. Sugar from good sources like fruits, honey, and maple syrup probably is not carcinogenic
