the subject matter of that field is made up of what a small group of people declare to be true. it's not that all astronomers are lying or even a significant portion of them, its how they're required to regurgitate supposed facts in order to achieve "credibility" in their field

memorizing claims makes you a researcher, not a scientist.

Here's the thing about gravity as a theory, it is highly consistent with what the common person an observe in day to day life. But just cause it's consistent within our observation, doesn't mean it is the true explanation. If that makes sense. so here is my simple motto that oddly makes many people furious when i share it:

perception is dependent on reality, but reality is not dependent on perception

so basically, if something is true, it doesnt matter if we are aware of it, or how we feel

our goal is to have our perception in line with reality

with the senses we have

if i didnt have such a long history of becoming disillusioned with mainstream narratives i would probably never question gravity however
