im not so sure about that, but let's hypothetically say that everyone starts using ad blockers, then yes, i'd say it becomes more than a 'profit' only reason

am i Funny
They say the entire solar system is moving through the universe yet satellite can orbit earth perfectly??
can someone please explain to me the flat earth theory
i'm on the fence about it
i feel like i'm being lied to
its a peculiar vibe isnt it?
it took many different discoveries to convince each of us that flat earth is real, some more than others
anything in particular you wanna ask about?
The gist of it is earth is not a spinning ball zooming through a black void, but is rather a flat landmass with a dome over it, like a flat bottomed snowglobe placed under water
@carlito its more like it goes youtube page ad ----> users computer ----> user
and the users computer can always see whats going into it
so its really difficult to trick the computer
and they ARE trying to stop it
but not by making bypasses, by changing the browser itself
even if they do block it
you can still block ads on your own network
its just a consequence of ads having to be delievered to the users computer, and the users computer being able to detect the ad
the only ways around it ive found are like NYT article where they have a paywall
where you literally have to login to a paid subscription to get to the page
of course youtube wont do that
this is how ad blockers actually work
its basically just refusing links of a certain form from loading
the earth is r ound
round
there's proof
where ?
